Well well well. Here's the SBTea:

Landan

Way back in May, Squeaky Bum Time travelled to London to perform at Big Scene Improv Festival at The Free Association. This year they opened the UK's first purpose-built improv theatre and, let me tell you, it's a sight to behold.

It was a full ensemble effort and what an ensemble it was. Highlights included Kimi Jackson delivering hibachi chef object work of such precision and commitment that the roof came clean off. Show me a "real" hibachi chef who claims to have done the same thing and I'll show you a liar.

We also had a group scene in which a fake plastic tree may or may not have been harmed. We cannot be reached for further comment at this time.

Big Scene was such a warm and friendly festival, and there were too many beyond-hilarious shows to mention in one humble newsletter. We already can't wait to go back!

Shannoning

We're also over halfway through our 10-week Organic Harold residency with the legendary Shannon O'Neill and every single session has been genuinely mind-blowing. This group of performers is something very special indeed.

Pre-News Announcement

We have some large and good news for you in the coming weeks. New venue. New shows. And three, yes three, unmissable learning opportunities this summer.

Exclusive offers will be making their way through this very newsletter soon, so if you have improv-y pals lurking just beyond the mailing list, now would be an excellent time to drag them aboard. Forward this email and they can click this bit to sign up to the newsletter!
